There are 4 kinds material for our aftermarket cutting edge and end bits replacement:

1: 30MnB Boron Steel : most recommend, own high bending strength, good fatigue toughness and uniform hardness without soft core;

2: C80 High Carbon Steel ：it is economical material, but downside is lower impact and tear resistance ;

3: Carbide Impregnated Composite: the service life is 2–3 times longer than standard boron steel. It retains substrate toughness while gaining ultra-high abrasion resistance, avoiding brittle fracture.

4: Manganese Steel : mainly useMn13 and we accept customization. It own excellent impact resistance and high resistance against cracking, but has low initial hardness, so not fit the working condition is dominated by continuous friction with loose sand and gravel without heavy rock impact, it will wear faster.

Purchasing Notes :

1. Confirm exact model and bucket type before ordering

Distinguish machine models and confirm general bucket or light rock bucket. Different bucket configurations have different hole layouts. It is better to provide OEM part number.

2. Avoid overly hard brittle blades

Excessively high hardness leads to brittleness and edge chipping. Qualified parts must balance wear resistance and toughness.

3. Check plate thickness and flatness strictly

Inspect plate straightness and uniform thickness on arrival. Reject bent, twisted or thin plates to prevent deformation during frequent scraping work.

4. Verify standard CNC hole precision

Unqualified hole positions will cause bolt loosening and equipment vibration, accelerating wear part damage. CNC precision holes are required.
