2. Prioritize hardness and toughness balance, avoid single high hardness
Ultra-high hardness and brittle steel is prone to chipping and cracking under large rock impact. Qualified Cat 980 GET parts must balance super wear resistance and strong impact toughness to adapt to long-term high-frequency heavy cyclic load.
3. Strictly inspect plate thickness and flatness after delivery
Check the actual plate thickness, straightness and flatness of the goods. Reject unqualified products with insufficient thickness, bending, torsion and warpage to prevent structural deformation and failure under ultra-heavy high-cycle load.
4. Verify full CNC high-precision hole machining
High-frequency heavy cyclic operation has zero tolerance for assembly errors. Inaccurate hole positions will cause equipment resonance vibration, bolt fatigue and accelerated part damage. Full CNC precision drilling is mandatory.
