The traditional tooth‑adapter combination creates fitting gaps,lead sand and rock debris intrude into gaps, accelerate wear of pins and contact surfaces, leading to premature replacement. Monoblock tooth removes these mating interfaces. No adapter, no pins between tooth and adapter, greatly reduces auxiliary wear‑parts consumption. When the tooth is worn out, you only need to replace the whole monoblock unit, so can simplify your onsite maintenance work.

We provide 6–10 months quality warranty under normal construction conditions.
