Our aftermarket replacement Liebherr Lip Shrouds are heavy-duty weld-on sacrificial wear component engineered for Liebherr large mining excavator bucket lip systems. These lip shrouds are installed on the straight cutting edge between bucket adapters, acting as the primary wear buffer to absorb continuous rock sliding abrasion, material scouring and moderate impact loads during digging and loading cycles.

Our factory adopt high-grade alloy cast steel with precision quenching and tempering treatment to produce these Liebherr lip shrouds .Under harsh mining and quarry conditions, the bucket front lip constantly suffers abrasive washout and grooving, which gradually reduces the bucket penetration performance and leads to expensive bucket plate replacement.  Our aftermarket bucket lip protector adopts Liebherr’s original profile design, maintaining optimized material flow and low digging resistance. It protects the base bucket lip plate, delays scallop wear and extends the overall bucket service life.
