Our aftermarket Komatsu plow bolts are heavy-duty fasteners specially designed for cutting edges and end bits on dozers, motor graders and wheel loaders. Except Standard Countersunk Square Neck Plow Bolt, we also supply Thickened Head Plow Bolt for high impact mining cutting edges, and supply Extended Shank Plow Bolt for stacked installation of thick cutting edge plus wear overlay.
All of them are compatible with Komatsu OEM part numbers,and widely used in earthmoving, quarrying, mining and road construction. Surface finish options including black oxide, zinc plating and Dacromet coating which can enhance rust & corrosion protection.
We mainly supply 40Cr and 42Crmo Komatsu cutting edge plow bolts. 40Cr material plow bolts( Grade 12.9)can balance tensile strength and toughness well after quenching and tempering, and own good anti-fatigue performance. They are ideal for general heavy-duty earth and gravel jobs, best cost performance. 42CrMo material plow bolts have ultra-high tensile strength, superior wear resistance and fatigue resistance, they are designed for continuous heavy mining operations.
