Our aftermarket full sets of Caterpillar 931, 933 and 935 Cutting Edge and End Bits replacement are heavy-duty bolt-on GET wear parts engineered for Caterpillar mid-large wheel loaders 931,933,935 series. They are widely deployed in large aggregate quarries, crushed stone yards, bulk stockpile rehandling, mine auxiliary loading, highway construction and large earth backfill projects.

To ensure stable quality,our factory execute strict quality inspection during our entire process :

1. Material Test: we will do raw material spectrum inspection with mill test certificate, and prevent inferior steel substitution.

2. Hardness Test: our technican will do rockwell hardness test for each batch, and ensure hardness controlled at reasonable range, prevent premature wear and chipping.

3. Dimensional Inspection: we will check total length, thickness, width, bolt hole pitch and diameter by caliper & fixture, tolerance controlled within ±1.5mm.

4. Visual & NDT Inspection: we will do visual check for surface cracks, blowholes and casting defects. Magnetic particle inspection available for critical batches to detect internal microcracks.

5. Heat Treatment Inspection: our technican will measure hardened depth to ensure sufficient wear layer, to avoid thin surface hardening and early penetration.

6. Bolt Hole Fitting Test: we will do bolt assembly test, smooth insertion, no oval holes, and flat contact without warping.

We supply aftermarket cutting edges and end bits for full range Caterpillar wheel loaders, with carbon steel,boron steel and manganese steel options, single bevel ,double bevel, super V bevel and wide bevel edge are all available.
