To ensure stable quality level,our factory execute strict quality inspection during our entire process :

1. Raw Material Test: we will do Spectral chemical composition analysis for every batch plate, reject recycled inferior steel.

2. Curvature & Dimension Inspection: we will check curve radius, length, width, plate thickness, hole pitch and hole diameter. Ensure the curve profile matches drawing requirements, and control dimension tolerance strictly.

3. Hardness Test: our technican will do hardness test on cutting edges and end bits for multi-point, and ensure hardness controlled at reasonable range, no local soft zone.

4. Surface Visual Inspection: our inspector will check surface for cracks, slag inclusion, air holes, scratches, bending deformation, ensure cutting edge no chipping.

5.Metallurgical & Microstructure Test: our technican will check grain structure after heat treatment, to avoid improper quenching defects.

6. Bend Test: we will do sampling bending test to verify impact resistance, prevent brittle fracture under heavy load.
