Our aftermarket Caterpillar cutting edge plow bolt is heavy-duty fastener specially for bulldozer, motor grader and wheel loader cutting edges & end bits. It features countersunk head and square neck designm ,so the bolt head sits fully flush into countersunk holes of cutting edge, keeping the wear surface smooth to prevent head abrasion caused by rock, sand and gravel impact. Square neck locks the bolt against spinning during nut tightening, delivering stable clamping force and easier installation. Our new aftermarket replacement parts can match original Cat part numbers. UNC coarse thread sizes are available, they are critical fasteners for ground engaging tools.

We mainly supply 40Cr and 42Crmo Caterpillar plow bolts. 40Cr material plow bolts( Grade 12.9)can balance tensile strength and toughness well after quenching and tempering, and own good anti-fatigue performance. To ensure stable quality ,every batch goes through quenching & tempering heat treatment. We will do hardness sampling inspection, tensile strength, yield strength and metallurgical tests to avoid breakage caused by insufficient heat treatment. Threads will be inspected by thread gauges. Visual inspection plus crack detection for forging defects. Dimensions strictly follow OEM drawing and control tolerance in short range. We can provide Material certificate and heat treatment reports if you need.
